I have recently bought a car from this garage and I received the absolute best service. The car is beautiful but what really stood out for me was the level of aftercare. I purchased the upgraded warranty and there was an initial problem with the car that came to light after a day or two (not necessarily something that could have been picked up unless driving the car for a few days). Even though I had the warranty, Rachel and her team went above and beyond to get everything sorted for me promptly. They offered to collect my car (I live around 60 miles away), fix the issue and then have the car delivered back. I was never 'fobbed' off or told to sort this out myself and now my car is perfect, which I know that is what they truly want for their customers. I had very clear communication and reassurance from them from the first interaction right up to the last. I would highly recommend the high spec cars and the exemplary service this company provides. I was looking for an Alfa and one popped up on this site. I went for finance and after I received the message it had gone through I contacted Fleet sales. Spoke to Emma and Rachael and they assisted me with my warranty that was a much better deal than the finance company. Relaxed, pleasant, top class sales!

I stumbled across Fleet Sales having been on the look out for a Volvo V60 in a particular specification for quite some time.

I saw the Volvo advertised on eBay initially, but soon took to auto trader to see if I could find out more about Fleet Sales in respect of their reviews.

Having read the reviews I was convinced I had to head over to their site to have a look at the vehicle I had found.

I arrived on a Friday mid morning, the site was busy, staff were busy, the forecourt was filled with Volvos and I felt like I was in my element.

I walked around, acknowledged, but not bothered by anyone, located the vehicle I was looking for and had a quiet look around it with no pressure from any staff over my shoulder. They were aware I was there but not hanging over me and making me feel pressured.

The Volvo I wanted happened to be at the back of four other Volvos so I popped into the office, explained which vehicle I was looking at and instantly the staff were happy to move vehicles around and get the V60 out I was looking for.

I produced my licence, they provided trade plates, explained their normal test drive route and allowed me to head off out in the car.

After a small journey I headed back. Parked up, again, I was left to look around the car with absolutely no pressure. After 20 mins of deliberation I went into the office, greeted by the smiling faces of Rachel and Emma, happy to ask how I got on.

I sat down, had a look at the service history, made an offer, discussed next steps with the ladies, made a deposit and came back the following morning.

On my return, the car was spotless, parked out front, pride of place waiting for me.

No hassle and browse at your leisure, test drove 4 XC40 cars and the ladies were very helpful, when I picked up the car the following day the handover was very quick and the car presented extremely well !!Fair part X on my old car (We always want more) but overall it was a pleasant experience and really do like the car I have purchased 2021 plate XC40 R Line Pro T3, would definitely return.The only genuine issue was there there was too much choice in the XC40 range and all the cars were in great condition.Thank you ladies

It was a bit worrying buying a car that I hadn't personally inspected, but I was reassured that my deposit would be refunded no questions asked if I didn't like it or I found that the car was not as advertised.

Rachel was the most organised and helpful person for buying a different car. I have always brought cars from new worrying about warranty etc however buying from Fleet Sales provides you with warranty that you can extend if wanted for a very decent price. I brought a Jaguar E-Pace and traded in an Audi Q2 with no regrets at all. Rachel even went above and beyond and had my personalised plates made up for my new car!

The most friendly staff, they have some amazing cars on site and I would highly recommend to anybody looking to get a new car.

Called her back, wrang out, within seconds, call got returned and chatted over finance and options. Explained everything in detail. Paid deposit on car this Monday. Wed with a few questions, everything answered in detail. Picked it up today from Josie and it's literally my dream car! Josie went through EVERYTHING in detail and made sure i understood everything before I signed. We ended up chatting for a good 15 minutes about random stuff.
